About Versus Acta

Versus Acta is building the marketplace for carbon insetting, enabling companies to act on Scope 3 emissions through their supply chains.

Our platform connects upstream suppliers of verified low-carbon inputs with corporate buyers, creating claimable emissions reductions beyond Tier 1.

With deep expertise in supply chain decarbonization, climate strategies, carbon markets and sustainability economics, we provide the infrastructure to make insetting scalable, investable, and impactful.

Alice Vandermosten

Co-founder & CEO

Alice is an economist by training and an adventurer at heart. Unafraid of challenges, she started Versus Acta after returning from a solo Arctic expedition. She previously led industrial decarbonization strategies at Vivid Economics (by McKinsey) and advised global platforms at the World Economic Forum. She holds a dual MSc in Economics & Philosophy from the London School of Economics, with distinction and best performance prize.
